Bradley Cooper to play Lucifer

Bradley Cooper is in talks to play Lucifer in Legendary Pictures’ Paradise Lost.

According to trade rag Variety, the actor is “eager” to take the part even though an offer is yet to be made.

The film which will be directed by Alex Proyas is an adaptation of John Milton’s 17th-century English poem. Paradise Lost is about the epic war in heaven between archangels Michael and Lucifer.

Thomas Tull and Jon Jashni are producing with Vincent Newman.

Cooper recently revealed he would love some time off to discover countries and explore different cultures.

“To travel. I love to meet people. And I have never been to Africa and India. Last I went to Russia, that was great,” he said.

“A fantastic experience. I just knew the country from books and movies.”
