Prince Harry & Chelsy Davy to wed?

Prince Harry wants to marry his on and off girlfriend Chelsy Davy.

The pair met in 2004 when Harry visited South Africa and split in September 2010 before reuniting again in February. Harry has now told Chelsy he’s keen to settle down, according to a report from America’s Life & Style magazine.

“Harry told Chelsy he’s ready to settle down for good with her and make things official,” an insider said.

“Harry has been accused of cheating on her in the past [which he's denied], and her friends at the time told her to ditch him because he was bad news. But now it’s the opposite.

“Harry wants to take things up a notch with her, and he’s even asked her close friends to convince Chelsy that it’s worth taking a chance, that things could work out for them long-term.”

However, Chelsy isn’t keen on the idea of marrying into the royal family.

“Harry adores Chelsy and really wants things to work. He has brought up marriage in the past usually when he’s drunk but Chelsy’s the one to quickly play it all down,” a source said.

“She has watched what Kate has gone through and how much she has had to sacrifice, and says it’s not for her.

“Chelsy thought the wedding was wonderful and she had a ball, but there’s no way marriage is on the cards for her. She wants her freedom and to start a career. That’s her focus at the moment, she and Harry are going to see how things go.

“Harry’s got to get his head down so he completes his training but he is much happier with Chelsy moving back to London. She wants to make it work she has missed Haz but the truth is she really doesn’t like the attention that comes with dating a prince.”
