Mike The Situation files lawsuit against father

Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino has filed a lawsuit seeking to block father Frank's website, The Confrontation Site, from using his name and likeness.
The elder Sorrentino posted a series of scathing commentaries about his son on TheConfrontationSite earlier this month,drawing the ire of the 29-year-old reality star.
The Situation's representative released a statement at the time saying that his client was "extremely saddened by his estranged father's actions".
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, The Situation filed suit in a Miami court on Monday, charging that his father was illegally using his name and image.
Aside from the claims of misusing the star's likeness, The Situation also insists that his business reputation has been sullied by his father's verbal attacks.
The Situation has asked a federal judge to stop Frank and a business partner from continuing to use his image and name on their website. He is also seeking unspecified damages.
