Rosie Huntington-Whiteley hard work comes with success

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley can’t stand it when people say she is “lucky” to get where she is today.

The Victoria’s Secret stunner, 24, admits that her success has been down to hard work and discipline not just good looks.

“Well I have been modelling for nearly nine years now. It does take a lot of discipline and you have to work really hard, like in any job, to get success and opportunity,” she said.

“It doesn’t just get handed to you. Maybe once or twice in your lifetime you are lucky enough to be given opportunities and then you have to work to keep getting them.

“A lot of discipline went in to being a model and definitely in to doing a movie like Transformers.”

Rosie recently admitted that taking up acting has transformed her feet.

“I had to run in heels for seven months! I am an expert at it now,” she said. “There is an ongoing joke about how Michael Bay ruined my feet because they are just battered after running in heels, but it was great and we did do all of the action and everything was fantastic.

“To get my hands dirty, and there was a lot of sweat and dirt and it was hot and a lot of fun. The stunts are something I really loved doing, but my feet didn’t.”
