Justin Bieber denies Selena Gomez relationship?

Justin Bieber has reportedly denied that he is dating Selena Gomez. 
According to Hollywood Life, during a recent interview for a New Zealand television show, Bieber stated that Gomez was just a friend.
"She's one of my best friends," Bieber said when asked if he was dating Gomez. "I think that's an important thing in my life is dating around and having some sort of a personal life."
Gomez recently revealed that she is tired of hiding her romantic relationships from the media. TheWizards of Waverly Place star also recently admitted that it is difficult to maintain a relationship, but that she works hard at doing so. 
Gomez and Bieber have never confirmed that they are dating, though they have been rumoured to be a couple for the past few months.
