Elisabetta Canalis works hard to look good

Elisabetta Canalis has taken a swipe at Hollywood’s leading ladies and their perfect figures.

The Italian beauty who’s currently romancing actor George Clooney makes no qualms about the amount of work she puts into looking good and says more women in the public eye should do the same.

“I work out,” says Elisabetta who helped celebrate her famous boyfriend’s 50th birthday last week.

“Never, ever trust girls who say they don’t do anything (to keep fit) because they do. I think more women should be honest about it.”
